Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Laundry's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

Easy Laundry provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, ironing, blanket wash, sneaker care, and carpet cleaning services within the Johannesburg metropolitan area. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed upon scheduling a pickup through our platform. A minimum order value of R150 applies. Cash on Delivery is currently the only active payment method. Prices displayed are subject to change; where changes affect an existing confirmed booking, you will be notified in advance.

5. Pickup & Delivery

We service the Johannesburg metropolitan area. Delivery is free on orders over R300. A delivery fee of R50 applies to orders below this threshold. We aim to complete all orders within 24 hours of pickup. Easy Laundry is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to load-shedding, severe weather, or civil disruption.

6. Care & Liability

We treat all garments and textiles with professional care. Our liability for any damaged or lost items is limited to the value of the service rendered for those items. Easy Laundry is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour bleeding, or shrinkage of items that were not declared as sensitive or special-care prior to collection. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after a pickup has commenced are not eligible for a refund. Refund requests relating to service quality are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng, South Africa.
