How do I track my order?

You'll receive SMS updates at each stage. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

What do I do if an item is damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@easylaundry.co.za with photos of the item. We'll review and issue a refund or credit.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancel for free up to 2 hours before your pickup time. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently cover 40+ suburbs in Johannesburg. Enter your address at checkout to confirm coverage.
